Katie Andolina, Business Manager

 

Every office needs someone behind the scenes who loves finance, numbers, and especially spreadsheets (no, really, I do), and at Basset Psychological Services, that person is me, Katie Andolina!  While our therapists and staff do an amazing job of serving our clients, my skill set is more in the behind-the-scenes nature of running a business. I typically interact with our clients regarding billing and insurance questions, and I love being able to be part of the office culture and seeing the families that come through our door.  Just note - my desk and computer are kind of behind the wall to the office space, so there's a chance that if you come into the waiting room, I might be hiding back there on any given afternoon!

 

Some additional background for me - I've been working with Dr. Sweeney since 2015 to take this practice and help grow and develop it into what you see today.  It's been such a rewarding experience, and something I'm so thankful to get to be a part of!  In my past business life, I have experience working as a financial analyst for Johnson & Johnson here in Cincinnati and also as an auditor for Deloitte & Touche in Chicago.  I'm a registered CPA in the state of Ohio, but just be warned - personal income taxes are NOT my area of expertise (even though my mom continues to ask me about them).  When I'm not at Basset, you will probably find me driving all around town shuffling my 3 kids to their never-ending sports practices and lessons, or else hitting the heavy bag at my weekly boxing class.
